My grandmother and I recently visited for the first time to have some bags priced. Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. The associate assisting us (a woman with red hair, though we didn’t catch her name) was not very helpful and came across as having an unfriendly attitude. It didn’t feel like a welcoming or positive experience which was surprising given the reputation of the company.
I saw another review saying they couldn’t find the store. It’s located in the first floor handbags in Bloomingdales. Hope that helps!
