Came out his normal area twice to diagnose and fix our air conditioner. Was very courteous, efficient, and professional. I will use him again for our normal servicing and fixing problems our system has in the future.
10th October – Rinnai customer service informs me I will receive my reassigned technician for my service booking for my Brivis ICE within 24 to 48 hours. 17th October – Due to never receiving a call from technician, I had to call Rinnai who got the technician to call me to make booking. Technician schedules 18th October between 1pm to 3pm (let me stress this…technician picked that date and time frame). 18th October @ 2:45pm – I call Rinnai to ask if the technician is coming. Ravi was very helpful in getting my gas ducted heater repaired within the day I contacted him. He was kind enough to come over on a late night to repair the unit. Very reasonably priced service. Thank you. I would highly recommend Ravi
