The owners Mary & Randy are great! They are so welcoming & encouraging & truly care about helping you reach your fitness goals. Everyone works together & motivates each other to get through the workouts. We have an awesome gym family!!
This place has it going on! Very welcoming when I wanted to get a workout in while evacuated for Ida! Followed them on social media and I can see that they support their members and help them grow!
Sure it's a CrossFit and weightlifting gym, but it's also community. I love this place. It's helped my physical strength and my mental strength. If you have people who believe in you, you can do anything. That's what this place is about.
