I love this store but I was told by an employee that these two packets of chicken were different he didn't know why but they were one was part of the sale and the other wasnt? Really Reasors that's what you have to tell a customer? The the only difference between these two chickens is the label was printed wrong by the meat department and obvious in different packaging but belong to the same sale. Originally I was going to write a bad review but instead opted to try and get in contact with someone at the store. Within two minutes I was transferred to Matt, the store director. Matt was able to hear and validate my complaint and frustration. He had amazing customer service and was able to reassure me that the problem would be taken care of. I am very happy I chose to call rather than write a bad review.
The store, although being “refurbished” is no longer easy to navigate. They’ve removed many of our favorite items which necessitated our return to the Walmart across the street. Very sad as they used to be a wonderful local grocery store. We will no longer shop there.
The meat fridges were stocked and priced low for the great meat sale and thank you so much for having it twice a year and included gasoline discount to pick it up. It really helps us since we're senior citizens.
