Slowest pharmacy and worst customer service. If the staff would get off their stools and phone, they might be a little faster. The clerk seemed to be the only one working at more than a snail's pace. Since Melvin left, this place has gone downhill.
I ordered two dozen cupcakes, a dozen decorated sugar cookies, and a cake from Reasor's on 86th for my son's 3rd birthday. Everything turned out EXCELLENT! I was so pleased with how well they decorated my items and carefully listened to exactly what I was hoping for. They looked & tasted delicious. THANK YOU!!!
I ordered a chocolate cake with chocolate icing. When I got to the store the cake has vanilla icing. When I asked if they could fix it the woman behind counter was SO RUDE. she pulled out the ticket and said "well the ticket says vanilla"... and pretty much acted like there was nothing I could do.
