I have bought several cakes from the bakery but since june 2016 i bought the second wedding cake there for one of my girls the cake was so lopsided i was afraid if we didnt hurry and eat the cake it would fall over as the longer it sat the worse it got, then i bought a three tier cake and wanted it to be like a pic i took in for a baby shower thinking give them one more chance, it was even worse i had to lft the layers up an put a piece of cardboard under one side as the cake was leaning. Sunday morning on my way to church I stopped to pick up my daughter's birthday cookie. The bakery was awesome and did a great job! Then I headed to the front to check out. One lane only open! Two people in front of me with pretty full carts. Two people also lined up behind me. They NEVER opened the express Lane or even another register. Didn't even see anyone in the office. I just want to give a HUGE thank you to Casey in the bakery! We had a mishap with a cake order from another business. I called Casey at 10am and asked her what she had in stock for an graduation party cake. She whipped up a beautiful and very delicious cake in 2 hours!!! We were so blessed to have her save the day! It was gorgeous, customized, and so goood!!! Thank you thank you thank you Casey and Reasors!!!! ���
Loved the positive message on the Bakery wall. Excellent customer service. They even apologized for the jalapeno cheddar bread being so fresh it steamed up the bag.... Lol. Thank you ladies for your help this morning. Started my day with a smile.
