David has done several things around the house. During a powerful wind and rain storm a branch from a redwood tree fell and broke a skylight. The skylight was on a flat roof. David built a 45 degree skylight where the flat skylight was which is stronger versus falling limbs. He installed flooring in two rooms, moved a wall in order to enlarge the kitchen, repaired some baseboard molding in the bathroom, installed low flow toilets, removed a rotten deck around the house, and replaced it with a new deck.
