He is dependable, efficient, and a great communicator. This guy is insane, he bid 3k to clean 28 feet of first story gutters at our condo. Do yourself a favor, shop around.
We feel very fortunate to have found James, of Reasonable Handyman Inc. He is an exceptional general contractor completing multiple jobs for us, including rebuilding a deck and installing new lodge poles that were a support system to our roof line. His prices are reasonable and he is flexible, dependable, honest and ethical. Our decking and lodgepole job came in $3000 less than the same job one of our neighbors had done. We highly recommend him for any of your handyman jobs you need completed.
