They don't answer phones. Ever. Communicate by email, but can be hours that you hear nothing from them. And, for us, we had cash in hand to buy a car.. took work off and made plans with them to see it only to be told by one sales person that he didn't have access to title or keys. And then, ghosted us. I'm all for giving business to the little guy. But this place needs to pull their act together before id consider using them
