I’ve been a patient here for over 20 years, so I’m very disappointed by this experience. I was charged over $1,600 upfront for a tooth extraction and bone graft because I was told my dental insurance would not cover the procedure. Now, a couple of months later, I’m being asked to pay an additional $400 or more, with no clear explanation or itemized breakdown of the charges. Reardon dental is asking clients to pay the credit card surcharge which in my opinion is cheap and sad customer service. They will only take cash and debit cards. Dental insurance is already so expensive and then to tack on an extra expense reveals their view of the customer in the midst of an inflated economy.
