Horrible company. Do not be scammed by them. They took my money and will not send me my equipment. They quit answering the phones now. I am out over $12k!
Awful customer service. They never sent me an add on order that I placed in September. I was told to place another after only my initial order showed up in Feb. Place the new order in feb. Get billed for both in July and they're sent to me. Called multiple times to correct before they shipped. Barbera the Account manager is a nasty person who won't even return your calls. Thought I'd stumbled on a perfect solution for a rear view monitor and some cameras. The first wiring harness they sent had a shoddy soldering job and kept blowing fuses. They replaced it with the wrong cable twice. The third replacement worked, but when I was finally able to power the monitor on, I found the same shoddy soldering at a smoking circuit board.
