Customer service is wonderful! I was given one of their larger assemble-it-yourself statues as a gift ages ago and somehow I ended up with an incorrect piece. I emailed customer service trying to find the right one, and they were fast, friendly, and super helpful in getting my issue fixed. I can't wait to paint my dragon!
Great quality for a decent price. I love those figures, especially the plastic ones. I create crazy earrings from them. Kudos to the whole Reaper Minis team from Czech Republic <3
