As a loan officer for 20+ years I appreciated the appraisals done by Reape Jeffers. Bank employees are not allowed to request a specific appraiser to appraise a home when doing a mortgage. Appraisers are chosen randomly. When Reape Jeffers accepted the job I knew it would be completed accurately and in a timely manner. The company did some residential appraisal reports for me. The reports were very detailed and easy to understand. The entire process was handled very professionally and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a real estate appraisal in our area.

They did a very thorough and professional job appraising our home prior to its listing. We wanted to get an appraisal prior to approaching a real estate agent. We felt this would give us a better value of the property without the sales pitch of an agent. The appraisal report we received was very through and very detailed. We were very pleased. The final sale price came in above the appraised value since the buyer really wanted the property.

I have used this company several times in the past few years for tax appeal work and they were extremely professional and knowledgeable. The appraisals were very detailed and timely. I have also used them recently for an estate appraisal and was again very please with the product, professionalism and overall service

This company did an EXCELLENT job for my family. We had several properties to appraise for my mom's estate. Reape Jeffers provided detailed, professional & solid information for each property - I would use them again without question.
