Would tell me one thing and then put another in my patient portal so I’d have to call and ask questions that should have been answered at my appointment and was told “I can’t help you” after two appointments. He then put in my portal he told me to do at home exercises (he did not) and contact if I chose to do physical therapy. when I called to ask what the exercises were because they weren’t discussed at the appointment, he told me to YouTube it and then referred me to physical therapy himself. Very friendly helpful staff. My only complaint is with the lovely place they are located. Very hard to know where to park unless you have been there before. Would be great if they could put big letters on building and whenever you look for a office they can say we are so in so. Building C for example. Went in with planter factious and possible fracture Went hobbling in building almost late because could not figure it out. Needless to say my foot was really hurting by time I got in their.
