RecommendedVery compassionate folks! I was in town due to a death in the family, and dropped off two suits to be picked up on Friday. While tending to funeral arrangements that were to commence on Saturday , I forgot to pick up the suits and did not realize it until late Friday night. Reames is closed for business on Saturday, so I was in a bind. I left a message on their fb page, explaining my situation, in hopes they would see it and be willing to help me. They DID! So thankful to have a local laundry/cleaner that is friendly and great at what they do! Quick service and my clothes look great.
I forgot about them being closed for holidays. I tried calling with no answer posted in fb wondering their hours. They reached out to me and met my husband at their shop. Such a great business! Would recommend to everyone.
Today could have been an epic parental fail... I had been busy running around all day and had in my head that Reames closed at 6:30. Showed at 6:15 and they were closed I went into panic mode... Friday night and Prom is tomorrow! I messaged them on their page and had a reply in 5 minutes saying he would meet me there!!! I can not thank you enough for going above and beyond!!!
Used to be decent, but they've lost my business and i've used them for years!!
