Go somewhere else. They want your money and that's it. I saw Dr. Reamer for a nightguard not knowing that I actually needed a bite splint. I showed him my hard plastic splint and he made me a soft nightguard that made me hurt more. Hundreds were taken from my TMJ coverage and I was charged an additional $180. When I called to tell them that it wasn't working and could I maybe have a partial credit? I was told no they would not help me. Absolutely wonderful place. Everyone is always so nice and willing to make things work. I’ve called twice now with dental emergency’s and both times they get me in that day. Thank you so much! Such a friendly and welcoming place.
Been a patient since before I could even walk. I called to schedule an appointment and somebody named Robin answered the phone, guilt tripped me about missing my last three appointments (that were made years ago) and said she was too afraid to schedule me for a check up and cleaning. Taking my business elsewhere. It's a shame that a cranky receptionist with a power trip is scaring loyal customers away. No longer recommending to others.
