Plain nice people good to work with
The staff makes a all the difference Great staff very helpful
Front office staff are amazing. I don't understand why the test results have such a long turn around, especially for the price, but otherwise no complaints. The only reason for the 4 star is because of the wait for test results, which may well be a result of my ignorance. But presently, it doesn't make sense to me, especially when 2 of the sample bottles are time sensitive.
