If it were an option I would give Ream Builders 0 stars. They built my home with numerous code violations. They installed a sub-pump rather than dig a deeper trench to connect the sanitary to the street main. The furnace run off has a pipe draining into the sub-pump. This is a building code violation. The sanitary pipe was installed through the basement block wall 2 feet above the floor instead of below the top of the footer. When the house settled the pipe fractured, causing blockage.
