Nelson and his team were very prompt with the quote process. We went to his showroom, saw all of the material in house and had him quote is with a rough estimate. This process went back and fourth a few times to get us the perfect kitchen. I ended up performing the demo work myself. Once that was done, Nelson immediately had the installers come.
