Worst person I've ever had to deal with. She lied to us about not having to move and last minute we found out the new owners were taking over the house. She's disgusting. Even stole shoes from my house when we weren't there. Horrible human being, nobody should deal with this ugly human.
We made the mistake of signing with Ruth. Her contracts are almost a year. We met her in May, she FINALLY listed our house June 18 2024. She guided us in the totally wrong direction. Tricked us by making errors on the contract and not mentioning we were stuck with her from June 2024 to December 31 2024 and 120 day hold over til April 30 2025. She didn’t have a single inquiry on our property. She rushed us to do a inspection on a property we liked before we sold our house so 600$ wasted but said on June 15 we need to have it ... read more
