Avi doesn't call back, doesn't respond to emails. I cannot recommend this place.
Up until 8th Feb 24 we rented from this lot. We were in the house almost 8 years and they were property managers for about the last 16 months. Literally the day they took over they issued a breach for non-payment of rent that we had already paid and refused to even look for it in the system. We always paid our rent on time. From there things only got worse these people, particularly Avi Kumar turned our lovely rental into a disaster in a matter of weeks. It is a relief to leave them and his behaviour behind. I would strongly recommend do not use this realestate. Unprofessional, Dishonest and a very poorly managed company.
