I am a real estate agent in Minnesota. My listing is on this website. This is a SCAM. My clients and myself never hired this company to list their house. The bank didn't hire them to sell the house either. You cannot have two brokerages list the house without a Non-exclusive Agreement with all our signatures on it which I know this brokerage doesn't have. Shady business! They drove the price of a property up using our login after we withdrew our bids. The price rose from $45,250 to buyer KM to $60,250 when he was bidding against who he thought was us under the login KR. Except we quit bidding at 45,500. Someone got screwed ! You know their not going to go to that buyer and correct their $14,000 mistake. Our realtor kept emailing them trying to get it fixed before the end of the auction with no success.
