Realty world First Coast has proven attentive & accountable over the 5-8 years they’ve managed our properties. We live out of town & have grown reliant on their emails & calls to tell us when problems arise (repairs, tenants etc) , and equally important, when our rental income has been deposited. Do not use this group for rental management. They are not equipped and you end up doing the work for them.

We rented “Playing Hooky” from them for 2 weeks and it was a disaster. We got an attitude from them as soon as we walked in the door to the rental office and it went downhill from there. The house is a cockroach infested dump. We reported the roaches on the first day and it took a week for them to get someone out to deal with it. Totally unacceptable. The AC went out and took over a day to fix when we were told it would be fixed right away. Hot water heater went out and we had to take cold showers for over a day. The propert... read more
