Did a remote closing through Realty when selling our home. Despite having weeks to prepare, Jennifer didn't bother to process the paperwork till five minutes prior to the start, which led to waiting an hour to begin, and another hour as they tried to figure out the remote closing system. Didn't really feel like they valued our time or our business. No mea culpa or any type of responsibility taken either. Celeste was nice, but in general, I'd go with someone else.

Had purchased a house a year ago, and signed documents at Realty Title's Springdale location further north. They were welcoming, answered any questions, organized and offered additional documents which was convenient and helped to alleviate additional time & effort. Found out that they had another location to also go to a bit south in Springdale which was closer to our new house, and they were readily available for notary service of documents in selling the previous house that was in another state. Worked out wonderfully!
