We used NV Realty for property management for 6 years. I will not recommend this business to anyone. House was returned to us filthy and it was a hassle getting Nora to give us info on our property, she answers in phrases. So glad to be done with this business.

If you are a homeowner beware, made an appointment 2 months in advance to do a final walkthru and to get the keys and remote back, one week and still haven't received our property back and homeowners are not allowed a final walkthru only the tenants matter even though the owners pay for the commision and monthly fees. Deposits returned b4 the owners get a chance to review the property. The owners don't matter and the tenants were allowed to take our personal property out of the house.

If you are an owner run don't walk to another property management firm. Owners are not allowed final walk thrus, tenants stole items from the house. North Valley never showed up for scheduled appointments, and gave the excuse of not affording the money for gas to return keys, mailbox keys and garage remotes. Had to travel from the east coast to pick them up as they couldn't afford to drive 10 miles to return owners property. They are only available for the tenants and owners are second class citizens. Hands down, she is the best agent I have ever worked with. I rent from them currently. Because of the help , assistance and professionalism she has given me during our rental period, she has has earned my business for our own rentals once they renew. Nora is what makes this office as amazing as it is.

Poor property management company, do not use! Rude customer service, outrageous fees, slow response (if any), no professionalism in disputes or money management. This company is a disaster waiting to be shut down!

North Valley Realty is our property management company and we have been extremely disappointed. When email is sent to the property manager, I only receive very short and unclear responses -- it usually takes several emails to have even the simplest question answered and responses can take several days. The company itself seems unable or unwilling to initiate any emails -- even when there are problems with the renter or additional charges are going to be taken out of the rent.
