Negative reviews alert ❌ Great consultation service to get ideas for our bathrooms renovation project. But then, we never heard back from them for quotations after the consultation. This just leaves me an impression that they do also pick who they want to work with and I was unfortunately someone not worth their time to follow up on. Something to keep in mind if you do decide to take the time to reach out. I think of you have large renovation project you can go with them as they will probably be more invested in you.
I’ve hired for 2 projects. Superior work each time. Tradespeople are very skilled and at a reasonable rate due to their efficiency. Highly recommend them for all your needs.
I hired Realty Renovation last year to renovate my clinic, and unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. While they emphasized the client’s obligation to pay on time, the project was completed more than 10 days later than the contracted deadline. This created significant problems for my clinic opening and relocation plans. Absolute nightmare to work with. I underwent two major renovations with Canadian Renovations and both were significantly over budget and finished weeks or months after schedule. During both renovations, the project manager, left town for several weeks. In neither case was I informed that the project manager would be leaving town during the renovation, bringing the renovations to a halt. Save yourself the stress and find another company.
