So what do you do when you don’t live where you have property to sell. In my case I suffered until I was referred to Todd Davis. Forget all the nonsense. Real estate agents make money by selling properties. Most, you know the drill want to do as little as possible to make their commission. I had a house that was, shall we say, a difficult sale. Judy was the realtor who helped my sister find her home in 1999, where she has lived for the past 27 years in Saint Anthony, Idaho. In March 2026, we asked Judy to list the house for sale, and within 1.5 months, it closed in the middle of April 2026.
