Wish I could give 0 stars. Do not rent from them!! Had to go to mediation with the RTA Rat infested house, just had some guy let himself into the backyard multiple times to set ‘traps’, needed extermination not traps lol. Couldn’t even write all the things, so rude and unprofessional it’s absurd. I mean, just look at all these other reviews and the replied comments the real estate 🤦♀️
This ‘agency’ doesn’t even deserve one star. House wasn’t even bond cleaned when we moved in. They are liars and there’s a reason all their agents leave. The principal is nasty & unprofessional. They tried to charge me for things that were missing when I moved in. Ended up going to mediation with the RTA as they were trying to claim bond for gardening TEN DAYS after we had moved out. Do not rent with them, they should be on ACA.
