Sandi helped me sell my home in the E Mountains and buy another home in Albuquerque. All in a bad market! She is the hardest working realtor I have ever met. She goes over and beyond what is expected. She truly cares about her clients and listens to their every need. She does most of the paperwork for you and all of her homework. If she does not know something she will find the answer for you; if you need a worker of any kind she can find one for you. I would highly recommend her to anyone that is in need of a realtor.
Sandy is top notch! We called for info on one listing that she had and met a wonderful person and realtor. She gave us info on the house we asked about and researched 6-8 more homes in the area we were interested in and then spent two days showing us properties. Sandi is as professional as you can get - she is organized, through and very detailed in selling a home - I had my house on the market for over six months when I hired Sandi - she came in, staged the house and made sure everything was perfect and then listed the house - and during a slow time of the year for sales and in an area that was not selling well, she sold it in about 23 days.
