Kelly Trail was very rude when I inquired about a listing. I am moving to the area in June from the East Coast and have to search for housing sight unseen, so I asked a few questions about the surrounding neighborhood. Although she responded quickly, her reply was: “Well it's located in Old Metairie. I would recommend you go drive by the property. It pains me to write this review. I am a Real Estate Broker in Virginia and former owner of a Realty One Group franchise. I recently referred an old friend to Karen and Chad Davis, the owners of Realty One Group Immobilia in Mandeville, Louisiana. They accepted the property management of a beautiful home in a premier neighborhood in Denham Springs, Louisiana. The homeowner works out of the country. At 47, I am still learning. Communication is key. This wonderful company addressed all of my concerns. They also spent time to show me quality homes in quality areas!! One phone call lead to the viewing of several houses. I have never experienced the high quality of care that I received today. They didn’t even judge my maniacal emotions. Thank you for understanding and for being patient and nonjudgmental.
