This morning I was stranded as the fob stopped working. The other fob has been out of order as well. Emails with pictures were sent to RKM. I called for "Fob not working". Technician called back and asked me to meet at the building in 20 minutes and told that he may fix the issue with no charge. I started driving towards my condo. Technician called again to tell me that "Owner of Realty Key Management" is saying that they will charge me for this service. Technician was unprofessional in his conversation as well. We used to have Krappy Dumb Mgmt, that bled us dry while the building fell into disrepair. Switched over to Realty Key and it's been amazing. Within a few months Rebekah and her team saved us ~50k from uneccesary "maintenance" and other waste. It's been less than a year and our property values are starting to go up again. We truly can not recommend them enough!
