Just got off the phone with Tim Xie, horrible experience, and he was rude, even for viewing of a listed property he wants a pre-approval letter, as in his language “ he does not want to waste his time by showing the property unless I have an approval letter “ great way to increase the clientel right Tim? I’ll spread the word for sure specially about this realtor being rude and the company itself.
