Full of lies and false hope.I had my property listed for rent for 7 weeks.I was in a rush since i was going on vacation in 3 days time.I specific to Tam and Vy that i did not want kids under the age of 16 to reside there.Contacted me on numerous occasions, when he had applicants with small kids,even though i specified no kids.Tam contacted me on the day i was arriving back in the melbourne with false hope,just so he could keep giving me the run around, and informed me he had a tenant that will sign a contract in 3 days time.... read more
