They were our property management company from 2020-2022. During that time, we paid them $800 a month. They placed a well-known drug dealer in our property. We had told them we did not discriminate people for their jobs as long as they can pay rent, apparently they took that as it's okay to place full-on criminals in our property. Used Realty Executives Ultra Brian Pedersen as a property manager for our two rental properties for two years. Rent was collected on the 1st of the month and supposed to be released to the owners on the 20th. This was almost never the case, rent was always late, and we always felt like we had to chase down the payments. There are many times we had to shift money around to pay our mortgage on time.
