Larry has been great to work with. He listened to the all things we wanted in a house and land and sent only listings that fit those specifications. We didn't have to sift through hundreds of houses that didn't meet our criteria, which was our experience with other realtors. I have had the pleasure of working with Larry for a number of years, as his preferred lender. He is excellent at what he does on the sales side of a real estate transaction and since he has introduced Maria into his business model, they can cater to the Hispanic community. There are few agents who have the Spanish-speaking ability to work with our multi-cultural area. I have seen them work and I highly recommend them. A true POWER TEAM!!
Larry and Maria are wonderful to work with. They work hard on both the selling side and buying side. I usually see them from the buying side and they always have their paperwork in order and keep in touch regularly with the Lender to make it a smooth and pleasant experience.
