MILITARY BEWARE!!! – This business is very shady and will rip off military any way that they can. The owner, Hugh Meade, is a retired Army person who knows the ins and outs of the system and will try to work it any way he can. I will summarize our experiences with this company as 5,000 words won't even come close to being able to explain how terrible this company is. MILITARY BEWARE – The fact that Realty Executive owners Hugh and Eva are retired military makes their horrible and unethical business practices even more treacherous and despicable. Their business is predicated on flight students being too busy to read through their lease or in too much of a hurry to fight their hidden fees when PCSing. Upon leaving, I am being charged an undisclosed $300 cleaning fee for a two bedroom townhome. This equates to two maids for $40/hour cleaning my little condo for over 7 hours.
