In late 2013 and early 2014 my wife and I bought two condo income properties in Mesa, AZ. Evan Anderson served as the RE Agent on one of the purchases. After the closings, Evan helped lead us to construction people who upgraded the properties in a timely and professional manner, and he located and vetted our new tenants. Evan was my property manager for my house in Tempe for 11 years. His knowledge of the market and ability to communicate with and satisfy my tenants needs was phenomenal! We were long time renters (9 years to be exact) of a property that Evan Anderson took over as property manager. The realtor before him would remind us of when we were up for renewal. Not Evan! We had to remind them every year that we were up for renewal. During the yearly walk throughs many verbal promises were made for repairs to be done (i.e. paint touch up, carpet stretching etc..) but none of that happened.
