I am very disappointed with my experience purchasing my home through this realtor. Before buying the house, I was advised that I did not need a home inspection because I was assured that the plumbing, sewer line, roof shingles, and other major components had all been recently completed and were in good condition. This is only for Gaston Sirois. He likes to hire people to do service work at his rentals. Then wont pay and ignores messages. Have been waiting over 3 months and nothing yet. I would not recommend this slum lord to anyone.

Do not recommend. Elena left a negative review on our company page despite having the documentation we sent her via email while she was abroad and unreachable (this was clarified by her associate who called us the following day after her review despite us sending the required documentation before her negative review). In our experience she prioritized trying to close a deal over safety — not the kind of partner we would work with again
