As a tenant of Texas Realty Exchange Group, I am extremely disappointed in their ability to maintain my yard and landscaping. According to the leasing contract, it is their responsibility to keep the lawn trimmed and the property weeds under control, yet they continue to shirk this duty on a monthly basis. I have been a tenant with Texas Realty Exchange Group for a couple of years now and have always paid my rent on time, even early in most cases. They continue to fail with their end of the leasing contract in maintaining the lawn. Most months, I usually have to submit multiple work orders and call in for them to FINALLY have someone out to take care of the landscaping. I have recommended them to find another landscaping company, but for some reason they continue to use this same inefficient company.
Myself and two others rented with them for a year. We held up our end of the lease in the form of communicating about what needed repairing in the house, submitting timely work orders, and were in general excellent tenants. TRE forgot about important repairs several times for months at a time and was not upfront about some of the details of the house. Great properties, great maintenance, they really are agreat Realty Co. All on the same page!! Anyone leaving a bad review probably has not purchased or lived in one of their properties. Happiest 2yrs of my life !!
I have rented from them for 2yrs and I love it here. They were upfront Abt everything. The yards are kept, they have a company that sprays for pests and they do not cut corners. This is the best landlord I have ever had. They have online payment options. Their maintenance of this property is phenomenal. I could go on & on Abt how great they are!!
