I've been renting for a little over a year from Realty East. This is my first time living alone so it was great for a first time renter like myself. My main concern was snow removal during the winter as the last place I lived lacked in that and they come each time to clear major snow falls and it helps a lot. My complaints are things they cannot control such as the neighbors. Otherwise when I need to call for something they come in a pretty timely manner.
Just go Somewhere else this appartement are not for human use i dont know how they allwod to rent them
