Some of the worst pre and post purchase customer service I have experienced. When I reached out to clarify information prior to purchasing, the days it took to receive a reply should have been a red flag to not follow through with a purchase. We had a great experience today at RealTruck mainly due to the customer service and technical support we received from Vagia Heka who, after diagnostics of our roller shutter, fixed the problem.
