We had a great experience today at RealTruck mainly due to the customer service and technical support we received from Vagia Heka who, after diagnostics of our roller shutter, fixed the problem. I had a fantastic experience with RealTruck Australia! Their online support team was incredibly helpful, answering all of my questions quickly and thoroughly. I wasn’t 100% sure which product would be the right fit for my car, but they took the time to guide me through the options and made the whole process easy and stress-free. Their knowledge and attention to detail gave me complete confidence in my purchase. Highly recommend them if you’re after great products and top-notch customer service!
