Too much of arrogance. Pathetic behaviour. No civic sense. If there is -100 * I would give him that. I was vacating my rental and he was the person who was to get new rental. He created such a scene for a delay of 2 hours talking such nonsense. Actually he had no business to talk to the vacating people. The owner is supposed to coordinate the transfer.
