Kevin is an amazing realtor. He takes the time to find out what you want and he is patient with you. He'll take you to see a house anywhere and he's knowledgeable about the key features of a home and whether they need updates or not. He's great at knowing the rough age of windows, roofs, and furnaces just from a quick glance. He is also very knowledgeable about the home buying process. Highly recommend using Kevin as your realtor as he is invested in making sure you have a great experience.
