Hello, my experience with John Graham was selling my house in Sparks Nevada. I found his appraisal and selling price to be exactly accurate after cleaning and making the place presentable he showed and sold it quickly. I appreciate his helping closing with knowing the right escrow people and providing a remote notary, In Colorado saving me time and travel, working with John was a good experience

John worked with my wife and I to facilitate our move from California to Reno. He assisted in critically evaluating each of the homes that we viewed with recommended improvements to increase market value for those homes that we might consider. He also assisted in identifying local resources for these improvements. He was always available to answer questions, even after the sale was finalized. In my opinion, he is the one to work with.
