I agree that this company is inept. The owner of the company is rude and disrespectful as she hung up on me when she didn't like what she was hearing from me. They called a local contractor to do repairs at the adjacent unit without attempting to contact me and stuck me with a $1900 bill. And they didn't have the honesty to contact me and advise me that they were billing me for this amount, they just applied it to my account. Lastly, they didn't have the courtesy to inform homeowners of major dues increase the last 2 years.

Omg I can not express enough how LOVELY and on top of things this management company is! Beth White is AWESOME! Super friendly and responsive. I could hang out with her all day! Elizabeth was also a doll and pleasure to work with. I am a realtor and find many HOA managements to be difficult to get in touch with. Realtime got back to me right away and even remembered who I was from emails and my client when I stopped by their office. Awful company! They don’t answer the phone and won’t answer emails. The property manager for our HOA has a voicemail box that is constantly full. It is very frustrating to have to deal with such an unprofessional management company. I wholeheartedly do NOT recommend Real Time Property Management for your HOA unless you want to be treated poorly and ignored.
