My car got totaled and Andy helped take care of me. Great professional guy and very accommodating. Came back to him again the following year for another problem and service from him was excellent. No complaints here.
Great shop! Good service. If it is your first time going through a car accident, they even have lawyers they can recommend to you. Their manager Andy can always be reached easily if you give them a call or text. He was very helpful and responsive.
My personal vehicle was recently involved in a hit and run accident while parked. Extremely frustrating having to take time out of our already busy schedule to deal with this unplanned incident. I ended up bringing my vehicle to Real Collision in Oakland by the recommendation a personal friend. Best advice ever. i recently brought my car in for a mirror replacement and i couldn’t be more impressed with the experience. so glad i’ve found this shop! awesome customer service and communication. the job was done in the most professional way. i would return for sure when i need any bodywork for my vehicle.
