Rochelle is a dedicated and kind therapist who approaches clients issues with an open heart and offers real practical strategies to solving problems and past trauma. She explains the therapy clearly and is holistic in approach making sure you’re aware of what the process will be. I feel much lighter in life now and could not be more grateful.

Rochelle's approach has consistently been warm, empathetic, professional and client-centred. Her patience is also genuinely impressive.
