Real Results is an amazing place!! Dan's workouts are awesome and if you don't understand something he's there to help, and he also explains everything before you begin. Amber is amazing at everything she does!! You won't be disappointed at Real Results!!
I've never found a gym that I didn't dread going to until I started at Real Results. I know whatever Dan has planned will be challenging but ultimately will be the most beneficial for me to meet my goals. Dan is great at changing up our workouts so it's not boring. He gives several different options on how to do something as he realizes everyone is at different places in their fitness journey. This isn't a one size fits all atmosphere.
