I would like to thank Kimberly S. for making sure that my prescription was able to be filled, even when they were low on medication. She broke my prescription up into a couple of different pick up days for the month, but made sure I didn't run out. I assume that she does this for all of her patients. Over and above, in my opinion, most pharmacies would just be 1st come, 1st serve. She also kept in contact, keeping me aware of what was going on. Thank you Kimberly and the great staff.
The only good thing about this drug store is the ladies that wait on you. I’m done with this place when I get my new prescriptions. I have a prescription that is every 28 days but I guess they don’t have artificial intelligence to check the stock to make sure that they have enough to fill the upcoming prescriptions, or any intelligence for that matter. I can’t say enough good things about Realox Drugs at the Piney Green location in Jacksonville, NC. I’ve been to many different pharmacies over the years, from CVS and Walgreens to privately owned pharmacies, and I’m genuinely so glad I stumbled upon this one.
