I’m a hospice clinician. Yesterday a patient’s family shared that they had run out of one of their medications and was worried about getting through the night without it. Not only did Maria at this location let me know that they were processing that prescription asap after I called it in, they were able to get it delivered to our patient’s home before bedtime.
